With a child reported missing every 3 minutes in the UK according to the Missing Kids UK.   Parents worry about how to keep their kids safe and find them as quickly as possibly.  BeLuvv has come up with a device called Guardian to track and keep kids safe.

Guardian is a smart kid tracker device that keeps your children safe. Guardian is a Bluetooth device that is worn by kids. The Guardian can be worn on any part of the body. The device connects to the app that will alert you about your kid’s safety.

Guardian can be used from babies to teenagers. The devices can be use when you take your child to public places like the park, play ground or the shopping mall.  Guardian will alert a parent when a child goes off the set radius or missing.  The alert will come via the app installed on your smartphone.

The Guardian smart kids tracker has four functions:

1. Smart Alert- will allow parents to set the size of a safety perimeter. It will then alert the parent by a notification to their smartphone when theirs child go near the perimeter limits.

2. Family Co-guarding is where the parents can invite their family, friends and neighbors to install the guardian app. This will create a watertight safety network.

3. Emergency Search can be launched immediately after a child goes missing.   This will allow parents to receive the location of their child if they pass someone using the Guardian app.   The app marks down the locations at which no signal was received. This then allow parents to pinpoint their child’s whereabouts quickly.

4. Global Guardian Network is made up of everyone that installs the app. This means that the system will become more extensive and accurate the more people that join.

 

Guardian has three components the core, a buckle and a bracelet.  The Guardian is waterproof and can be worn on nearly any part of the body. Guardian made of eco-friendly concepts and has Bluetooth and a replaceable battery. This will allow the device to be used for 4 months up to 1 year.  The bucklet and bracelet are designed to remain constantly online and easily portable.
