Sky+ HD boxes add search feature
Sky the biggest UK satellite broadcaster is now updating its Sky+ HD boxes. The boxes will be updated with a new search feature. The new feature will be designed to allow customers to search for content quicker and easier. This way the customer can find the content they want instead for scrolling through a long list. The search feature was already brought to Sky mobile app.
The update will be flying out in the coming months. The search will allow you to look by title, actor, channel or any other keyword such as “Halloween”. This will then show the result of all the shows or channel that match the search work. The results will also include content from live TV as well as Sky’s On Demand service. To get the update you have to connect their Sky+ HD box to their broadband.
